Christian Fitzpatrick's Platinum production on 3 Beachside Court, Shelly Beach, for PLACE Mooloolaba, just SOLD! to an expat living in France 'sight unseen' for between $4.2 and $4.5 million, off the video. This takes our tally to over 30 properties this year SOLD! 'sight unseen' to buyers who've only watched the Propvid; either online or in the auction room. 2010

We kicked off 2010 producing over 220 Propvids for the Gold Coast's Super Auctions. The Event, for The Ray White Surfers Paradise Group, now, officially, the biggest inroom auction in Australia's history - and The Blockbuster, for RW Broadbeach. The final presentations comprised over 700 vidoes and more than 2,000 screens of information, delivered 'live'. A credit to the Crew.

3D

We are now in the early development stages of shooting 3D. Our objective is to deliver full 3D experiences into auction rooms within the next 18 months, and be ready for the first release of the new 3D wide screen TV sets. If you have 3D experience, please email brett.clements@platinumhd.tv

Brisbane

Peter Kilkelly has now joined the Platinum HD Propvid Australian team to spearhead our new Brisbane operation; an accomplished writer/Producer and property shooter, Peter joins us to launch his new online business venture called Property Television, Peter and Platinum will be working together over the next few months to deliver first-class property news from a new Brisbane studio; streamd online, distributed across YouTube and podcast. Peter will also be developing our Brisbane operation and offering video and stills packages, delivered with all the class and creativity that comes with the stamp of Platinum HD. We're now in pre-production for Blake Haddleton's film on the Gold Coast called D E C A D E N C E. It is an independent film, aimed at illustrating the whole history of the Coast. So. If you're an actor or a model with an awesome idea about how you want to be shot, drop us a line.

Now we finally have our systems and processes and procedures locked down, we're looking for awesome Creatives who want to join us in expanding our Network. Here and abroad. We're not a franchise. YouTube Launch

All videos now approved by Agents will be launched straight into our new PlatinumHD YouTube channel and then integrated into Google Real Estate. This allows Agenst to 'share' these films on thieir own YouTube, Facebook and Twiter sites. This is our first move towards 'force multiplying' video content, and hats off to Aaron Meehan who has really made this his platform for the closing stages of 2009. Of course there is a long way to go. These days are like comparing the first B/W TV transmissions. But we're on the way. The next phase is to make property films watchable. In a world bombarded by more video in a single day than all of last century combined, quality, creativity and, above all else, care and being on message are the factors that will build audiences and ultimately assist Agents in selling homes.
