In 2010, Chris Hinds' REMAX Everthing Property Group wanted a very different approach for Propvids, borrowing from the fashion world and introducing properties as part of a 'collection'.

2010 saw PlatinumHD Propvid shoot three or for productions a month, with Cassie Cochrane - Chris' Business Manager - working as both a model and a spokesperson.

Many scenes were filmed in black and white and time-lapse photography was used extensively
