The Trophy Home Of The Decade

The Trophy Home Of The Decade

When Ray White New Farm‘s Matt Lancashire billed it ‘The trophy home of the decade’ we knew we were in for a tough shoot.

The vendor bought the 912 square metre block of land in 2003 for $1.85 million and engaged architect James Forbes to create what is a stunning, clifftop home, high on Bartley’s Hill. The four-storey masterpiece, offers over 1,470 sqm of living space elegantly set on a 912 sqm allotment with an infinity pool and panoramic views of the city. Of the five oversized bedrooms, four have their own designer ensuites.

With these types of shoots (1) A location ‘recce’ is a must and (B) A dawn to dusk approach to capture every room in it’s best light.
